How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to:
Please include the email address associated with your Rembly account in your request.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, profile data)
- All your flashcard decks and cards
- Your learning progress and statistics
- Any subscription data (subscriptions will be cancelled)
- All synced data from our servers
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Account deletion is typically processed within 48 hours.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid future charges.
- Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
